1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BiomedApparel.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian to purchase products from our Site. Our products and services are available to customers located in the United States only.

3. Products & Services

We sell apparel, coffee, and related merchandise. Most items are produced on demand and/or customized. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your device’s display will match exactly.

4. Orders, Payments & Shipping

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We use PCI-compliant third-party processors for payments.

Shipping: We ship within the United States only. Most orders arrive in 7–14 days; during peak periods, carrier disruptions, or for remote addresses, delivery can take longer. Posted timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom-Made & Final Sale: Because each item is made to order (custom/print-on-demand), all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items — Exchange Only: If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item (or functionally equivalent if unavailable). To start an exchange:

• Contact us at support@biomedapparel.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packing slip.
• Keep all original packaging until your exchange is approved.

Once approved, we’ll cover reasonable replacement shipping for verified defects/incorrect items. We may ask you to dispose of or return the defective item at our discretion.

Not Covered: normal wear, accidental damage, sizing/fit preference, minor color variance due to screens/printing, or buyer’s remorse.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Biomed Apparel LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, or federal regulations.
• To infringe upon the rights of others or our intellectual property.
• To upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• To spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biomed Apparel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
